For those embarking on their hairdressing journey, we offer beginner to Salon floor training on a weekly basis. Incorporating all aspects of haircutting, Styling and colouring alongside product knowledge of our partnering brand Aveda, we will set you up for success in your hairdressing career. For those joining our assistant team with previous experience, we would carry out a practical test to position you at the correct stage of your education journey.
Advanced education workshops are held on a monthly basis by our Butchers Artistic Team members to inspire and motivate, keeping our salon teams up to date with current techniques and trends in the hair world. All staff are Aveda trained in all product lines and new product releases.
Due to our partnership with Aveda, we have full access to classes at the Aveda Academy in central London including the business college for management courses and the Aveda technical ambassador programme.
At Butchers, we encourage self-learning also. Supported by the fantastic Aveda Pure Pro online portal, you have endless information, tips and techniques at the click of a button.
