COLOUR POLICIES
At Butchers we like to ensure your experience with us runs smoothly, so here are a few things to be mindful of when booking with us…
• All colour appointments come with a complimentary dry off. If you wish to have your hair styled, we recommend booking a blowdry with one of our talented stylists after your colour service.
• A colour allergy test is required at least 48 hours before all colour appointments if you have not had AVEDA colour in the last 6 months.
• You can move or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel after this time or do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 50% of your total service cost.

SMOOTHING TREATMENTS
Aura is the first vegan biotechnological hair treatment formulated using organic ingredients, natural and renewable resources, that straightens and soften the hair fibre and eliminates frizz. It enhances natural shine and achieves optimal hair health and beauty.
The Aura Smoothing treatment is formulated with a premium complex of hyaluronic acid produced by fermentation of the Bacillus subtilis microorganism. The fermentation process is safe and environmentally respectful. 100% free of raw material derived from animal and organic solvent.
